KONOYO is a Japanese style supernatural short film set in Scotland and Japan. The film tells the story of a teacher's struggle to unlock the mystery of one of his elusive students. It a film that explores memory, transience, and the 2011 Japanese Tohoku Tsunami disaster. The Japanese word KONOYO means "this world."

TEDxOsaka was co-founded and produced by David Simpson and Yuki Hashimoto in 2011 & 2012. The conference offered experience organizing large-scale events, social media marketing, and managing a team of over 40 volunteers. It was a pleasure to learn from and be inspired by the foremost design thinkers and experts in the field. In addition, Garr Reynolds, the professional presenter and design author of Presentation Zen, advised on the project.
Osaka 2019 is a short film set downtown Osaka, Japan along the Dotonbori river walk. The Blade Runner dialogue track was used to add a dystopian atmosphere.
